Credit After Bankruptcy

Try to establish at least 1 or 2 tradelines after bankruptcy with an unsecured credit card.. This will assist you to improve your credit score, as the target score to reach is a minimum of 580 to get some form of financing for a Home purchase. If you have trouble getting unsecured, try secured through a local credit union and establish your tradeline by paying it back on time for a minimum of 6 months. This will also greatly impact your credit rating.
